At Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA, we understand the needs of people traveling with their dogs. That's why we have prepared special Comfort Plus 5★ rooms on level 0 – easily accessible with a convenient exit to the outside, which dog owners who frequently take their pets for walks will especially appreciate. Alternatively, there are spacious apartments in a separate building that offer even greater privacy and tranquility.

Together with your pet, you can relax in the hotel garden, enjoying the surrounding nature, or visit the cozy interior of Palladium Café & Lobby Bar.

"Pet Welcome" - a package full of care

We also have a "Pet Welcome" package prepared with the comfort of animals and their owners in mind. Upon check-in, your four-legged companion will receive a soft sleeping mat to relax in the new place, as well as a welcome surprise that will make their tail wag from the very first moments.

You will also receive a list of recommended walking routes – from forest paths to picturesque mountain trails.
