HOW TO BOOK A STAY?

Booking directly at the hotel is quick and comfortable. All you need to do is call the phone number +48 756 299 900 or send an e-mail to the following address: REZERWACJA.ONLINE@PLATINUM-MOUNTAIN.PL You can also use the booking engine on the hotel website to go through the entire process yourself – from choosing a room and the date of your stay, through additional services, to your booking confirmation and a deposit transfer.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

By phone:

  • During a conversation with the booking specialist, the Guest selects the date of the stay and the standard of the room along with any hotel services.
  • After the conversation, the booking is entered into the system and a confirming e-mail is sent to the person making the booking with his/her name and surname, date of the stay, information about the type of accommodation, the total amount due for the stay and a 30% deposit of the total amount to be transferred via the Internet within 7 days. Failure to pay the deposit within this period will automatically cancel the reservation.
  • After receiving the deposit, the hotel sends the payment confirmation along with the prepayment invoice.
  • When choosing the non-refundable stay option, the Guest should pay the entire amount immediately or within 3 days of making the booking.

By e-mail:

  • After arranging the details of your stay by e-mail and receiving the booking confirmation from the address REZERWACJA.ONLINE@PLATINUM-MOUNTAIN.PL, the payment procedure is the same as when booking by phone.

Through WWW:

  • After deciding the details of your stay through the booking engine on the hotel website, the Guest receives an e-mail confirmation of the booking with a request to pay a 30% deposit. The payment procedure is the same as by telephone and e-mail, except that in this case, in addition to transfer via the Internet, the Guest can also use a fast online payment and a credit card payment.

Settling the rest of the payment for the stay takes place at the hotel Front Office. It can be paid in cash in PLN or by a credit card. During the check-in at the hotel, the Guest is also obliged to pay a local fee for each night of the stay, amounting to PLN 2.80/person.

HOW TO CANCEL THE BOOKING?

To cancel the booking which offers such option, please contact the booking department by e-mail and check the cancellation conditions. After the arrangements, the request for cancellation should be sent to the following address: REZERWACJA.ONLINE@PLATINUM-MOUNTAIN.PL

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Following all the necessary cancellation conditions of the booking with a right to a refund, the money will be refunded to your bank account within 21 days.

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER VOUCHERS?

Yes. Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA offers two types of vouchers – quota and stay vouchers. Both of them are perfect gifts for relatives and business partners.

WHAT IS A QUOTA VOUCHER?

A quota voucher offers the gift recipient full freedom in deciding on the time and method of its use. It includes the Guest’s name and surname, the value of the gift in PLN and the expiry date. However, it does not include any specific date of stay or the standard of a hotel room and additional services, such as SPA treatments. Therefore, the voucher recipient can choose a convenient date of arrival and departure or decide to spend the voucher quota only in the SPA or a restaurant. WHAT IS A STAY VOUCHER?

A stay voucher clearly specifies the date and type of your stay. It is worth for the voucher buyer to know whether the person who receives it will be able to stay in the hotel at the chosen dates of arrival and departure. An advantage of the stay voucher is full coverage of the hotel stay costs, which means that the Guest does not bear the expenses of the hotel service, however, can purchase additional services offered by the hotel (SPA, restaurant, lobby bar), if the voucher does not include them. WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN TIME?

Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out at 11:00 the following day.

IS THE OFFER PRESENTED AT WWW UP-TO-DATE?

Yes, the booking engine includes an up-to-date calendar and the current price list of the hotel stays.

ARE BREAKFASTS SERVED IN THE HOTEL?

Yes, breakfasts and all other meals for the hotel and apartments Guests are served in the main building. There is no built-in connector between Platinum Apartments and the hotel. The Guests staying in the apartments must walk through the resort’s courtyard (100-600 m) to get to the restaurant where the meals are served (100-600 m).

IS IT FAR FROM THE HOTEL TO THE APARTMENTS?

No, the distance between the apartments and the hotel is 100-600 meters.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK A ROOM WITH A MOUNTAIN VIEW?

The hotel offers many rooms with mountain and forest views, but it is not possible to book such a room. However, it is worth expressing this preference when making the booking or at any time prior to your arrival at the hotel, but the hotel does not guarantee meeting it. At Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA, the Guest books and pays for a specific room type, not its location in relation to the view.

DO THE ROOMS AND APARTMENTS HAVE A BALCONY OR A TERRACE?

Yes, each of the hotel rooms and apartments in the resort has a balcony or a terrace.

WHEN DOES THE CLEANING SERVICE TAKE PLACE?

The cleaning service at Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA takes place every day. Room Service includes:

  • Changing the towels and bathrobes left on the floor
  • Taking out the rubbish
  • Replenishing cosmetics, toilet paper, coffee, tea, milk and water
  • Refreshing the room

The cleaning service at Platinum Apartments takes place every second day of your stay. Room Service includes:

  • Changing the towels left on the floor
  • Taking out the rubbish
  • Replenishing cosmetics and toilet paper
  • Making the bed
  • Vacuuming

IS THE BED LINEN CHANGED DAILY?

Bed linen is changed every fourth day at longer stays.

Leaving the luggage, your own bike or larger toys for children in the luggage room is possible 24/7. The luggage room is available for our Guests both before check-in and after check-out.

WHAT IS THE FEE FOR STORING LUGGAGE?

The service is free of charge and intended for the Guests of Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA and Platinum Apartments.

Yes. It consists of luxurious Dr Irena Eris Beauty Partner SPA treatment salons, three swimming pools, sauna complex, as well as cooling, air massage and floating stations, Jacuzzi tubs and a changing room.

IS THE ENTRY TO SPA AND WELLNESS ZONE FREE OF CHARGE?

The Guests of Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA and Platinum Apartments, Bossa Nowa and Five Seasons can use the swimming pools, saunas, Jacuzzi and the floating zone during their stay for free. Treatments at Dr Irena Eris Beauty Partner SPA salons are additionally payable according to the price list included in the TREATMENT MENU and require prior appointment at the SPA Front Desk: SPA@PLATINUM-MOUNTAIN.PL, +48 756 299 904

ARE LOCKERS AVAILABLE IN THE WELLNESS ZONE?

Yes, lockers are available in the Wellness area. The facility is not responsible for the items left unattended in the pool area outside the locker.

CAN I WEAR MY SWIMSUIT IN THE SAUNA?

Yes, although we recommend using cotton towels in saunas as it is healthier for your skin.

ARE THE SAUNAS FOR ADULTS ONLY?

Yes. Only people over 18 years of age can stay there.

IS THERE A PADDLING POOL FOR KIDS?

Yes. It is 0.5 m deep, with ozonized water and geysers.

WHO TAKES CARE OF THE KIDS AT THE SWIMMING POOL?

Children up to 12 years of age have to remain under the care of their parents or other adult guardians. Disabled minors over 12 years of age must have a written consent from their guardian to stay in the swimming pool area.

CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A MASSAGE?

Yes. Massages are performed in Dr Irena Eris Beauty Partner SPA salon, upon prior reservation at the SPA Front Desk: SPA@PLATINUM-MOUNTAIN.PL, +48 756 299 904.

WHAT KIND OF COSMETIC TREATMENTS ARE PERFORMED?

Treatments for the face, eye area, body, feet and hands. Among them there are lifting, nourishing, regenerating and exfoliating treatments. There are also special packages for pregnant women, men and teenagers. It is worth checking the PRICE LIST OF SPA TREATMENTS.

IS THERE A RESTAURANT IN THE FACILITY?

Yes, Regionalne Talerze (Regional Plates) restaurant offers dishes and desserts which combine The Karkonosze Mountains inspiration with the European culinary trends. The restaurant invites Guests every day, from 12:00 to 22:00, on Fridays and Saturdays from 12:00 to 23:00. IS THERE A BAR IN THE FACILITY?

Yes, Palladium Cafe & Lobby Bar is the perfect place for a relaxing cocktail and a business coffee. IS CHECKING-IN CHILDREN OBLIGATORY?

Yes, when checking in, it is obligatory to enter the number of children and their dates of birth on the check-in form.

HOW MUCH DOES A CHILD’S STAY COST?

The price for a minor’s stay depends on the age, season and occupancy of the facility. There are 3 price categories for children aged:

  • 0-4 years of age – free of charge, no additional services in the form of separate bed linen, towels and a separate bed
  • 5-12 years of age
  • 13-18 years of age

DOES THE HOTEL OFFER BABY COTS?

Yes, for children aged 0-4. They are additionally payable, PLN 35 per night. The bedding for a baby is provided in the cot.

IS THERE A PLAYROOM FOR KIDS IN THE HOTEL?

Yes. In the hotel MINI Club, we provide a creative workshop zone, a toddler zone full of attractions for the youngest kids, as well as a colourful kingdom of games with climbing frames and a ball pool with a slide. We also offer a multimedia zone with a magic wall and a video game console. There is also room for fun activities or evening madness at the MINI Disco, while parents can relax on comfortable sofas.

For older children, over 12 years of age, a Game Room with game machines is provided.

IS THE SECTION FOR KIDS SEPARATED AT THE SWIMMING POOL?

Yes, in the swimming pool area there is a separate, cosy paddling pool for smaller and bigger kids – 50 cm deep and 34 degrees Celsius water temperature. The pool is equipped with geysers and its water is ozonized, so it does not irritate the eyes like chlorinated water does. Right next to the pool basin there are sunbeds where adults can rest, watching over the little ones.

ARE THERE ANY ANIMATIONS FOR KIDS?

Throughout the year, the hotel offers animations organized by the qualified animators. Most of these activities are free of charge, but on some occasions, e.g. New Year’s Eve Party for Children, an additional fee is required per each participant.

DOES THE HOTEL SERVE KIDS MENU?

Yes, the KIDS MENU offered by Regionalne Talerze restaurant is adjusted to children’s preferences in terms of grammage and composition. In addition, there is a wide selection of food at breakfasts and dinners allowing a large variety in their composition and , also for children. Both breakfast and dinner menu include all the basic products to compose a nutritious meal, also excluding allergens, e.g. gluten and dairy products.

WHAT ARE THE ATTRACTIONS FOR OLDER CHILDREN?

Game Room, which is equipped with interactive game machines providing games for children, teenagers and adults.

CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME TO THE HOTEL?

Yes, Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA is pet-friendly. Therefore, our Guests can stay with their pet in the rooms. However, having in mind the allergy sufferers, the number of rooms for stays with an animal is limited, therefore such a stay should be reported at the booking stage.

HOW MUCH DOES A STAY OF A DOG OR A CAT IN A HOTEL COST?

Each day of your pet stay in the hotel costs PLN 50. The payment has to be made at the booking stage. Failure to report the animal’s stay at check-in is tantamount to charging the Guest with additional fee of PLN 500.

WHAT DOCUMENTS OF A PET DOES ITS OWNER HAVE TO PROVIDE?

The owner of an animal must have its health book with current vaccinations, incl. against rabies. A muzzle and a leash are also compulsory.

Yes. The hotel continuously cooperates with the ALMAR travel agency by organising regular trips. Regular destinations include Prague, Dresden, Saxon Switzerland or the Rock City, and other interesting destinations on individual request.
