  • Supervision and coordination of the Front Office team consisting of the reception, reservations, and Guest Relations departments,
  • Ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the reception and reservations departments and the development of the Guest Relations unit,
  • Professional handling of guest stay-related matters, quick response to their needs,
  • Providing information about the hotel’s offer and available services,

  • Building and maintaining good cooperation within the reception and reservations departments and with other hotel departments to ensure the best care for guests,

  • Performing the duties of "Manager on Duty",

  • Creating the department budget, controlling costs, and optimizing work schedules.
  • Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years,
  • Highly developed managerial skills,
  • Passion for hospitality, working in accordance with the idea of hospitality and openness,

  • Ease in establishing contacts and the ability to work in a team,
