Ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the reception and reservations departments and the development of the Guest Relations unit,
Professional handling of guest stay-related matters, quick response to their needs,
Providing information about the hotel’s offer and available services,
Ongoing problem solving,
Active sales of hotel services,
Building and maintaining good cooperation within the reception and reservations departments and with other hotel departments to ensure the best care for guests,
Ensuring timely flow of information and proper communication within the team,
Managing and coordinating the work of the led team,
Planning and organizing the work of reception and reservations staff,
Developing teamwork, conducting training and instructions for employees,
Performing the duties of "Manager on Duty",
Improving existing and creating and implementing new procedures necessary for the proper functioning of the department,
Settling stays and preparing and controlling sales documents and reports,
Achieving set business goals,
Creating the department budget, controlling costs, and optimizing work schedules.
Expectations
Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years,
Highly developed managerial skills,
Passion for hospitality, working in accordance with the idea of hospitality and openness,
Focus on service quality and building positive relationships with Guests,
A sense of responsibility for the managed team and its results,
Ease in establishing contacts and the ability to work in a team,
High personal culture and a kind attitude towards people,
Excellent organization of own work and the managed team,
Ability to plan, think analytically and work under time pressure,
Independence, initiative and commitment to entrusted duties,
Reliability, punctuality and attention to details,
Knowledge of English at a level enabling fluent communication,
Knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel),
Willingness to work also on weekends and holidays.
