IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For the comfort of all Guests, the number of rooms available for pet owners is limited – please inform us about your pet at the time of booking.
Stay is possible in selected Comfort Plus 5★ rooms (on level 0) and apartments (in a separate building).
The fee is 80 PLN per day. Failure to notify will result in a 500 PLN charge.
Pets are allowed in the hotel garden and Palladium Cafe & Lobby Bar. They are not permitted in dining areas, SPA, and Wellness zones.
Requirements: health booklet with current vaccinations and a leash.
Dog Sitter
During your stay at the hotel, you can confidently entrust your dog to the hotel's dog sitter. This way, you can set off on your mountain adventure with peace of mind, knowing your pet is in sensitive, responsible, and loving hands.
PACKAGE "ARRIVAL WITH YOUR PET"
With your pet’s comfort in mind, we offer a special package to make your stay unforgettable. The package includes a soft sleeping mat, a small surprise, and the option to have your dog taken for a walk by our staff (with a reservation at least 24 hours in advance). Additionally, you will receive a list of recommended walking routes so your dog can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
