IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For the comfort of all Guests, the number of rooms available for pet owners is limited – please inform us about your pet at the time of booking.
Stay is possible in selected Comfort Plus 5★ rooms (on level 0) and apartments (in a separate building).
The fee is 80 PLN per day. Failure to notify will result in a 500 PLN charge.
Pets are allowed in the hotel garden and Palladium Cafe & Lobby Bar. They are not permitted in dining areas, SPA, and Wellness zones.
Requirements: health booklet with current vaccinations and a leash.
PACKAGE "ARRIVAL WITH YOUR PET"
With your pet’s comfort in mind, we offer a special package to make your stay unforgettable. The package includes a soft sleeping mat and a small surprise. Additionally, you will receive a list of recommended walking routes so your dog can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Please notify us about your pet when booking your room or apartment.
