Floor Duty Manager
TASKS
- Ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the Housekeeping Department,
- Coordinating the work of the subordinate team,
- Setting work schedules,
- Supervising the work of chambermaids and maintaining cleanliness in rooms as well as in common areas of the facility (conference rooms, restaurants, bars, lobbies, corridors, SPA),
- Maintaining records and control of room equipment,
- Ensuring adequate stock of cleaning agents and bed linen,
- Reporting damages for repair or replacement,
- Close cooperation with the reception and technical department regarding ongoing control of room equipment and possible faults.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures,
- Good organization of own work and of the subordinate team,
- Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
- Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to details,
- Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel),
- Good physical condition.
