• Ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the Housekeeping Department,
  • Coordinating the work of the subordinate team,
  • Setting work schedules,
  • Supervising the work of chambermaids and maintaining cleanliness in rooms as well as in common areas of the facility (conference rooms, restaurants, bars, lobbies, corridors, SPA),
  • Maintaining records and control of room equipment,
  • Ensuring adequate stock of cleaning agents and bed linen,
  • Reporting damages for repair or replacement,
  • Close cooperation with the reception and technical department regarding ongoing control of room equipment and possible faults.
  • Experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures,
  • Good organization of own work and of the subordinate team,
  • Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
  • Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to details,
  • Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel),
  • Good physical condition.
