  • Management of a 40-50 person team of chefs and kitchen assistants, training employees and ensuring a high level of work efficiency,
  • Optimization of employment costs,
  • Conducting proper purchasing processes and control over the proper management of entrusted raw materials,
  • Maintaining appropriate operational indicators – food cost,
  • Participation in creating and supervising the implementation of the department's operational budget,
  • Preparing dish offers for a la carte points based on seasonality and menu engineering principles,
  • Creating an attractive rotating dinner menu offer,
  • Adhering to the "zero waste" principle,
  • Cooperation with managers of other departments, including marketing, in creating attractive promotional offers,
  • Caring for the hotel's image and representing it outside the facility,
  • Maintaining and strictly adhering to sanitary, safety, and HACCP regulations,
  • Knowledge and adherence to hotel processes and standards, as well as close cooperation with the Management.
  • Experience as a head chef for at least 5 years in large hotel facilities,
  • Experience in preparing receptions and banquets,
  • Practical knowledge of HACCP, occupational health and safety, and cost optimization,
  • Cooking is your passion, and you are familiar with current culinary trends,
  • Creativity and commitment, ability to organize the work of the subordinate team,
  • Attention to high quality and aesthetics of prepared dishes,
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
