Direct contact with guests and professional handling of stay-related matters,
Fulfilling guests' individual wishes, responding to their current needs,
Ensuring the celebration of important ceremonies or events for guests,
Actively listening to guest feedback about the hotel and professionally resolving issues,
Responding to hotel reviews posted on online portals.
Supporting the ongoing work of the reception desk,
Close cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure the best guest service and to build an atmosphere of kindness, comfort, and satisfaction.

expectations

Experience working at the reception in 4 and 5* category hotels,
Very good command of English, knowledge of German is an additional advantage,
Ease in establishing contacts and openness to the Guest and their needs,
Focus on providing services at the highest level,
Composure and ability to work under increased stress,
High personal culture as well as knowledge of savoir vivre rules and good appearance,
Good work organization and independence in performing assigned tasks,
Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
