Deputy SHIFT reservation manager

SCOPE OF TASKS:

Professional handling of matters related to stay reservations - presenting the most advantageous offers based on defined needs,
Ensuring the highest quality of guest service, as well as the proper course of their stay in accordance with applicable standards,
Organizing and coordinating the team's work during the shift,
Ensuring timely information flow and proper interdepartmental communication,
Providing information about the hotel offer and available services,
Settling stays and preparing sales documents and reports,
Building and maintaining good cooperation with other hotel departments.

Experience in a similar position,

Ease of establishing contacts and ability to work in a team,

Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel),
Knowledge of English/German at a level enabling fluent communication.
