Deputy SHIFT reservation manager
SCOPE OF TASKS:
- Professional handling of matters related to stay reservations - presenting the most advantageous offers based on defined needs,
- Ensuring the highest quality of guest service, as well as the proper course of their stay in accordance with applicable standards,
- Organizing and coordinating the team's work during the shift,
- Ensuring timely information flow and proper interdepartmental communication,
- Providing information about the hotel offer and available services,
- Settling stays and preparing sales documents and reports,
- Building and maintaining good cooperation with other hotel departments.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in a similar position,
- Passion for hospitality and working in line with the idea of hospitality and openness,
- High personal culture and a focus on providing services at the highest level,
- Excellent organization of own work and the managed team,
- Ease of establishing contacts and ability to work in a team,
- Ability to react quickly and find solutions under stressful conditions,
- Ability to plan, analytical thinking,
- Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
- Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel),
- Knowledge of English/German at a level enabling fluent communication.
