MICE SALES SPECIALIST
TASKS
- Cooperation with business clients to meet their needs and expectations related to the organization of business meetings.
- Developing commercial offers, contracts, and cooperation terms intended for the MICE segment (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Events).
- Implementation of sales plans and active search for new clients and business partners.
- Coordination of activities related to the organization of MICE events and support in their execution.
- Maintaining constant contact with clients and building long-term business relationships.
- Monitoring the market and competitors' activities as well as analyzing trends.
- Reporting sales results and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
EXPECTATIONS
- Desire to develop in the sales department.
- Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry is welcome.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Communication skills and ability to establish business relationships.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Good knowledge of English.
