Building a positive image of the SPA & Wellness among hotel guests,
Professional and friendly service,
Booking guests for massages and treatments,
Providing information about the SPA & Wellness offer,
Advising and supporting in selecting treatments and cosmetic products,
Active cooperation with SPA & Wellness staff and other hotel departments to ensure the best care for guests,
Issuing invoices, accepting payments, and preparing sales reports,
Taking care of product displays and the aesthetic appearance of the SPA.

Experience in direct customer service as well as administrative and office work is welcome, along with knowledge of the cosmetics industry,
