- Sauna ceremonies with a sauna master in a dry sauna take place in 15-minute rounds.
During the Ceremony, the Sauna Master uses essential oils, carefully selected music and various fanning techniques with a towel or fan, using which he spreads aromatic steam throughout the sauna. Each Ceremony is conducted in a different atmosphere, using different scents and music.
