• Independently managing the night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM),
  • Performing the night audit, checking issued documents, and reporting to the appropriate departments,
  • Direct contact with guests: check-in, check-out, and making reservations,
  • Issuing invoices, accepting payments,
  • Responding to guests' current needs,
  • Providing information about the hotel’s offer and available services,
  • Close cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure the best possible guest service.

  • Ease of establishing contacts and openness to the guest and their needs,
  • High personal culture and focus on providing services at the highest level,
  • Ability to work under time pressure and good work organization,
  • Independence, initiative and commitment to assigned duties,
  • Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail,
  • Knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of English at a level enabling fluent communication,

  • Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry,
  • Experience with reservation software,
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language.
