Night Receptionist
TASKS
- Managing the night shift independently (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM),
- Performing night audit, checking issued documents, and reporting to relevant departments,
- Direct contact with guests: check-in, check-out, and making reservations,
- Issuing invoices, accepting payments,
- Responding to guests' current needs,
- Providing information about the hotel’s offer and available services,
- Close cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure the best possible guest service.

- Ease of establishing contacts and openness to the guest and their needs,
- High personal culture and focus on providing services at the highest level,
- Ability to work under time pressure and good work organization,
- Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
- Knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in English enabling smooth communication,
- Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry,
- Experience with reservation software,
- Knowledge of a second foreign language.
