FLOOR SERVICE MANAGER
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the Housekeeping Department,
- Managing and coordinating the work of the team,
- Ensuring cleanliness in rooms as well as in the common areas of the facility (conference rooms, restaurants, bars, lobbies, corridors, SPA),
- Ensuring timely flow of information and proper communication within the team,
- Close cooperation with the reception and technical department regarding ongoing control of room equipment and possible defects,
- Preparing reports on the department's activities,
- Managing warehouse inventories, conducting stocktaking,
- Creating the department budget, controlling costs, and optimizing work schedules,
- Ensuring proper cooperation with external companies.
we expect
- Min. 2 years of managerial experience in the housekeeping department,
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and experience in their implementation,
- Good organization of own work and the subordinate team,
- Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
- Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
- Good knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel),
- Knowledge of the English language.
