ART by Dominika Kędzierska

#ARTBYPLATINUM

Dominika Kędzierska is a young Polish painter whose paintings are filled with peace. Inspired by Claude Monet and Gustav Klimt, she creates works illustrating the beauty of women and nature, revealing her sensitive side. The artist took part in numerous auctions, and her works remain in many private collections.

The painter's exhibition comibines female portraits and changing seasons. The paintings perfectly match the elegance and subtlety of the hotel's interior, creating a unique reference to the ongoing autumn.

The artist has created a unique style in her works, characterized by subdued colors and a perfect approach to detail. Her painting creation, out of the desire to share beauty with the recipient, is a form of her spiritual practice. While creating, she tries to present a whole range of emotions.

By juxtaposing female portraits with elements of nature, the artist experiences both her own transformational cycles and synchronizes with the world around her in a daily life. The painter would like the contact with her art to be as calming as contact with nature, and presented states of the inner side of female to become a mirror of self-reflection for the recipient.

Joanna Żywczok lives with her family in Bielsko-Biała. She also works here and devotes his free time to a large extent to her passions. For her, painting is an escape from everyday life iinto the world of colors, emotions and impressions. The iinspiration is most often fleeting moments captured by her in the fframe of the camera. She tries to transfer moments of delight with tthe surrounding nature, space and air onto canvas. She paints oil paintings, but for several years she has been drawn more and more to the world of watercolors. In addition to painting, he also deals with ceramics.

Urtica for Children Foundation was established in 2017 following the initiative of Urtica Ltd., which has been operating for 25 years. The Foundation’s objective is to function for the benefit of children and adolescents suffering from cancer as well as their families. By running health, educational and charity initiatives, the Foundation supports children with cancer and their relatives. Currently, 18 paediatric oncology and haematology wards in Poland benefit from the Foundation’s assistance. The activities performed by the Foundation involve not only financial support for hospitals. Its overriding value is the time devoted to children and commitment to ensure that the kids suffering from cancer have a chance for a normal life and fun. The Foundation organizes art workshops entitled “Sunny Art Gallery” in hospital wards, during which young patients create pictures and release their emotions. The funds obtained from the auction are transferred to paediatric oncology wards. The Foundation’s philosophy is the idea of #HelpingIsArt!

Łukasz Wieczorek, a young artist whose talent was born out of a passion for expressing emotions in artistic works. An ambitious young chef by occupation, working in the profession on a daily basis and successful in this field. He has been painting for 2 years, considering it a hobby and an opportunity to “catch your breath” in a rather busy life of a chef. “It started with an attempt to paint a picture which was supposed to be an element of the apartment interior design. My painting aims at expressing emotions, either positive or negative, and that’s what these pictures are, they convey feelings ... In my opinion painting pictures and the work of a chef have a lot in common when it comes to creativity and expression”.

A dream of a house with a soul. And such a house was built. Then, based on the experience gained while building our own house, our company was founded – Regalia Polska Manufaktura (...)” – this is how Regalia Polska Manufaktura, producing unique furniture from old wood, describes its beginnings. The Artist – Painter, Writer, Columnist – Hanna Bakuła. Known as “Witkacy in a skirt”, Ms Hanna Bakuła is an artist of many talents, a graduate of painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, the author of 20 publications, a long-term columnist in magazines for women and men, and also a designer. She has established the Hanna Bakuła Foundation, which helps children from orphanages. She actively supports women and their projects, describing herself as a soft-feminist. “Pandemic Flowers” is a series of art works presenting flowers which, as the only “models”, Ms Hanna Bakuła was drawing during the lockdown. Painting flowers is a very difficult matter not to turn out a piece of kitsch. They are too beautiful. […] During the pandemic, they happened to be the only available models. I was embarrassed by the first floral pastels. After a few, I realized that I had wasted many years using them as background elements of the portraits rather than the main motives. Hanna Bakuła. You are welcome to watch Hanna Bakuła Author’s Evening at the Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA.
