Comfort Apartment is an unrated, intimate room of 18 m², for adults only (Adults only) and up to 3 guests. Located in a separate historic building. Due to the historic architecture, each room features unique colors and varies in door, window, and architectural detail layout.

Interiors combine modernist and Art Nouveau styles with wooden furniture. Provides constant TV and wireless internet access.

Living area: Wardrobe, safe. (Note: this room type has no kitchenette or balcony).

Welcome set: Toiletries, mineral water, coffee and tea making set.

Daily housekeeping

In the Platinum Adults area, daily cleaning is included. Staff performs the following daily:

Room refresh and trash emptying

Towel and bathrobe replacement (if left on the floor)

Refilling water, coffee, and tea supplies

Refilling toiletries and toilet paper

Children

The price for a minor's stay depends on their age, season and current occupancy of the facility. There are 3 price categories for children aged 0-3 - free stay, without additional benefits in the form of separate bedding, towels and a separate place to sleep; 4-12 years and 13-18 years. We have the option of renting additional room equipment for children, including a cot for PLN 35 per hotel day. The cot has bedding for the toddler.

Animals

For the comfort of all guests, the number of rooms for pet owners is limited – please inform us about your pet when booking. Stays are available in selected Comfort Plus 5★ rooms (on level 0) and apartments (in a separate building). As part of the "Pupil Welcome" package, we provide a soft sleeping mat and a small surprise. The fee is PLN 80 per night. Failure to register will result in a PLN 500 fee. Pets are allowed in the hotel garden and in the a la carte restaurants – Palladium Cafe & Lobby Bar and Piatti. They are not allowed in the buffet restaurants, Spa, or Wellness Center. A health certificate with current vaccinations and a leash are required.
