*During the Christmas Eve dinner, dedicated tables are planned for each family. The Reservations Department will contact you to reserve tables. The choice of the shift should be made at the next stage of booking in the extras. Failure to choose a shift will result in the hotel assigning a shift according to availability.

Children

The price for a minor's stay depends on their age, season and current occupancy of the facility. There are 3 price categories for children aged 0-3 - free stay, without additional benefits in the form of separate bedding, towels and a separate place to sleep; 4-12 years and 13-18 years. We have the option of renting additional room equipment for children, including a cot for PLN 35 per hotel day. The cot has bedding for the toddler.

Animals

For the comfort of all guests, the number of rooms for pet owners is limited – please inform us about your pet when booking. Stays are available in selected Comfort Plus 5★ rooms (on level 0) and apartments (in a separate building). As part of the "Pupil Welcome" package, we provide a soft sleeping mat and a small surprise. The fee is PLN 80 per night. Failure to register will result in a PLN 500 fee. Pets are allowed in the hotel garden and in the a la carte restaurants – Palladium Cafe & Lobby Bar and Piatti. They are not allowed in the buffet restaurants, Spa, or Wellness Center. A health certificate with current vaccinations and a leash are required.
