Reception and Reservations Specialist
TASKS
- Caring for the positive image of the hotel,
- Direct contact with guests and professional handling of stay-related matters (check-in/check-out),
- Handling individual reservations,
- Providing information about the hotel's offer and available services,
- Issuing invoices, accepting payments,
- Responding to guests' current needs,
- Close cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure the best possible guest service.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience working in a similar position in the hospitality industry,
- Ease in establishing contacts and openness to guests and their needs,
- High personal culture and focus on delivering services at the highest level,
- Ability to work under time pressure and good work organization,
- Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel),
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication,
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
