Children

The price for a minor's stay depends on their age, season and current occupancy of the facility. There are 3 price categories for children aged 0-3 - free stay, without additional benefits in the form of separate bedding, towels and a separate place to sleep; 4-12 years and 13-18 years. We have the option of renting additional room equipment for children, including a cot for PLN 35 per hotel day. The cot has bedding for the toddler.

Animals

For the comfort of all guests, the number of rooms for pet owners is limited – please inform us about your pet when booking. Stays are available in selected Comfort Plus 5★ rooms (on level 0) and apartments (in a separate building). As part of the "Pupil Welcome" package, we provide a soft sleeping mat and a small surprise. The fee is PLN 80 per night. Failure to register will result in a PLN 500 fee. Pets are allowed in the hotel garden and in the a la carte restaurants – Palladium Cafe & Lobby Bar and Piatti. They are not allowed in the buffet restaurants, Spa, or Wellness Center. A health certificate with current vaccinations and a leash are required.
