The treatment begins with the lower parts, i.e. the feet, moving towards the upper parts of the body. It is performed not only with the hands themselves, but also with the thumbs, wrists, elbows, forearms, and even the feet and knees of the masseur. The techniques used during Thai massage are intended to release tension from the body and allow energy to flow more easily through it. It can be an excellent complement to the treatment of frequent headaches, spine and muscle pain. It also helps with ailments related to circulatory disorders, metabolic problems and chronic stress. Additionally, it strengthens the body's immunity and supports recovery from diseases and injuries.
