TASKS
- Ensuring the highest quality of Guest service, as well as the proper course of their stay in accordance with applicable standards,
- Building a positive image of the hotel,
- Professional handling of matters related to Guests' stay, quick response to their needs,
- Ongoing problem solving,
- Performing the function of "Manager on Duty",
- Managing and coordinating the work of the reception team,
- Ensuring timely flow of information and proper communication within the team,
- Developing teamwork, conducting training and instructions for employees,
- Improving existing and creating and implementing new procedures necessary for the proper functioning of the department,
- Providing information about the hotel's offer and available services,
- Settling stays and preparing sales documents and reports,
- Creating the department budget, controlling costs and optimizing work schedules,
- Building and maintaining good cooperation with other hotel departments.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in a similar position min. 2 years,
- Highly developed managerial skills,
- Passion for hospitality, working in accordance with the idea of hospitality and openness,
- Focus on service quality and building positive relationships with Guests,
- A sense of responsibility for the managed team and its results,
- Ease in establishing contacts and teamwork skills,
- High personal culture and a kind approach to people,
- Excellent organization of own work and the managed team,
- Ability to plan, think analytically and work under time pressure,
- Independence, initiative and commitment to assigned duties,
- Knowledge of English allowing fluent communication,
- Knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel),
- Willingness to work also on weekends and holidays.
