  • Ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the reception and reservations department,

  • Building and maintaining good cooperation within the reception and reservations department and with other hotel departments to ensure the best care for guests,
  • Ensuring timely flow of information and proper communication within the team,

  • Developing teamwork, conducting training and instructions for employees,
  • Performing the function of "Manager on Duty",
  • Improving existing as well as creating and implementing new procedures necessary for the proper functioning of the department,
  • Settling stays and preparing and controlling sales documents and reports,
  • Achieving designated business goals,
  • Creating the department budget, cost control, and work schedule optimization.
  • Experience in a similar position min. 2 years,
  • Highly developed managerial skills,
  • Focus on quality service and building positive relationships with Guests,
  • Sense of responsibility for the managed team and its results,
  • Ease in establishing contacts and ability to work in a team,
  • High personal culture and friendly attitude towards people,
  • Excellent organization of own work and the managed team,
  • Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
  • Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
  • Knowledge of English at a level enabling fluent communication,
  • Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel),
  • Willingness to work also on weekends and holidays.
