Planning and organizing the work of reception and reservations employees,
Developing teamwork, conducting training and instructions for employees,
Performing the function of "Manager on Duty",
Improving existing as well as creating and implementing new procedures necessary for the proper functioning of the department,
Settling stays and preparing and controlling sales documents and reports,
Achieving designated business goals,
Creating the department budget, cost control, and work schedule optimization.
EXPECTATIONS
Experience in a similar position min. 2 years,
Highly developed managerial skills,
Focus on quality service and building positive relationships with Guests,
Sense of responsibility for the managed team and its results,
Ease in establishing contacts and ability to work in a team,
High personal culture and friendly attitude towards people,
Excellent organization of own work and the managed team,
Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
Knowledge of English at a level enabling fluent communication,
Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel),
Willingness to work also on weekends and holidays.
