- Performing massages and beauty treatments according to Dr Irena Eris Beauty standards,
- Maintaining treatment documentation,
- Providing advice on offered services and product range,
- Active sale of services and retail cosmetics,
- Preparing the treatment room and taking care of the shared space,
- Caring for the positive image of the hotel,
- Responding to guests' ongoing needs,
- Close cooperation with other hotel departments to ensure the best possible guest service.
expectations
- Relevant education: massage therapist technician or physiotherapy master,
- Experience as a therapist or massage therapist is welcome,
- Ease in establishing contacts and openness to the guest and their needs,
- High personal culture and focus on providing services at the highest level,
- Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
- Communicative knowledge of English,
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
