SALES MANAGER

TASKS

Management of hotel service sales and achievement of set sales targets,
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Clients,
Managing and coordinating the work of the team,
Ensuring high service standards maintained by the department,
Developing teamwork, conducting trainings, instructions, and individual coaching,
Ensuring timely flow of information and proper communication within the team,
Close cooperation with other departments to ensure the best possible Guest service,
Analysis and reporting of the effectiveness of conducted activities – recommending corrective actions,
Ongoing market monitoring and analysis of competitors' actions.

EXPECTATIONS

Professional experience in the sales department (at least 2 years) in a similar position in the hotel industry or a related field,
Good knowledge of current market trends,
Negotiation skills and the use of various sales techniques,
Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication,
Ability to cooperate with others and willingness to strive to achieve a common goal,
Excellent organization of one’s own work and the team managed,
Independence in problem solving and decision making.
