F&B Administrator
TASKS
- Administrative support in the process of work time settlement,
- Supervision over the proper circulation of documents and information,
- Preparing reports, summaries, data preparation according to requirements,
- Preparing analyses and summaries for the department manager.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in a similar position is welcome,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word),
- Organizational and interpersonal skills,
- Independence and commitment to the duties performed,
- Positive attitude, ease in establishing contacts, and high personal culture.
- Openness, creativity, and attention to detail.
