Deputy Reception Manager
SCOPE OF TASKS
- Supervision and coordination of the reception team’s work,
- Development and training of employees,
- Professional handling of guest-related matters, as well as quick response to their needs,
- Ensuring high service standards,
- Ensuring timely information flow and proper communication between departments,
- Close cooperation with the Reception Manager and management team,
- Building a positive image of the hotel among its guests and in the local market,
- Performing the role of "Manager on Duty".
EXPECTATIONS
- Min. 2 years of experience in an identical position,
- Experience in 4 and 5 star hotels,
- Highly developed managerial skills,
- Passion for hospitality and working in accordance with the idea of hospitality and openness,
- High personal culture and orientation towards guests' needs,
- Sense of responsibility for the managed team and its results,
- Independence in actions and ability to work as a team,
- Ability to work under time pressure and good work organization,
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
- Knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel),
- Knowledge of English enabling smooth communication (knowledge of Czech/German is welcome).
