Ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the Housekeeping Department,
Coordinating the work of the subordinate team,
Scheduling work shifts,
Supervising the work of room attendants and maintaining cleanliness in the rooms, as well as in the common areas of the facility (conference rooms, restaurants, bars, lobbies, corridors, SPA),
Keeping records and controlling room equipment,
Ensuring an adequate supply of cleaning products and bed linens,
Reporting damages and defects for repair or replacement,
Close cooperation with the reception and technical department regarding ongoing inspection of room equipment and potential faults.
EXPECTATIONS
Experience in a similar position,
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures,
Good organization of own work and the managed team,
Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel),
Good physical condition.
