Booking Specialist
TASKS
- Professional reservation service:
- Providing professional service during the reservation process, in accordance with the highest hotel service standards,
- Analyzing needs and presenting the most advantageous offers, taking into account recognized guests' needs and preferences,
- Monitoring reservations and room availability in real time,
- Providing comprehensive information about the hotel offer and available services,
- Settling stays and preparing sales documents and reports.
- Team coordination:
- Organizing and effectively managing the work of the reservation team during the shift,
- Training and motivating employees to achieve goals and ensure high-quality service.
- Proper interdepartmental communication:
- Ensuring timely transfer of important information between hotel departments,
- Cooperating with departments such as reception, sales, marketing to ensure consistency of actions and excellent guest service.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in a similar position,
- Passion for hospitality and working according to the idea of hospitality and openness,
- High personal culture and focus on providing services at the highest level,
- Excellent organization of own work and the team managed,
- Ease of establishing contacts and ability to work in a team,
- Ability to react quickly and find solutions in stressful conditions,
- Ability to plan, analytical thinking,
- Independence, initiative and engagement in entrusted duties,
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail,
- Knowledge of Office package (Word, Excel),
- Knowledge of English/German allowing for fluent communication.
