TASKS

Serving guests at the hotel's bar points and during banquets and external catering,
Ensuring the highest quality bartending service and maintaining the standard of served beverages,
Complying with applicable regulations and procedures,
Adhering to HACCP norms and standards,
Maintaining cleanliness of the workstation,
Close cooperation with F&B department staff and other hotel departments.

Mixology skills and knowledge of alcohols, wines, and cocktails,
