  • Selling hotel services, especially conference space,
  • Preparing commercial offers according to established pricing policy, formulating responses to inquiries and negotiating contracts,
  • Accepting and handling reservations of conference space and group bookings in the hotel at the level of offering, conducting negotiations with the client,
  • Planning groups and conferences held at the hotel based on signed contracts,
  • Determining the details of business event organization with clients and coordinating arrangements with various hotel operational departments,
  • Engagement at every stage of business event organization,
  • Service and care for groups in terms of client expectations,
  • Supervising the smooth running of conferences, meetings, and all business events at the hotel, timely problem-solving,
  • Close cooperation with other hotel departments,
  • Ensuring timely information flow and proper communication within the team to provide the best possible service to groups,
  • Performing the role of “Manager on Duty”, implementing adopted strategies and budget assumptions.
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in a similar position,
  • Experience in handling conference and group reservations - preparing offers, negotiating terms, arranging details, entering guest lists into the system, settling group stays,
  • Skills in building business relationships and focus on high standard service,
  • Ease in establishing contacts and ability to work in a team,
  • High personal culture and friendly approach to people,
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and well-developed negotiation skills,
  • Excellent self-organization, ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
  • Ability to solve problems independently and make decisions,
  • Initiative and commitment to assigned duties,
  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
  • Knowledge of the HORECA system and Premium Hotel will be an additional advantage,
  • English language proficiency enabling fluent communication,
  • Availability and readiness to work also on weekends and holidays.
