Conference and Banquet Manager
TASKS
- Preparation, implementation, and coordination of all kinds of conferences and banquets,
- Identification of needs and openness to their fulfillment by organizers and participants,
- Ensuring the highest level of services provided,
- Compliance with applicable regulations and procedures,
- Close cooperation with F&B department staff and other hotel departments,
- Caring for the hotel's image.
EXPECTATIONS
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position and in the hotel industry,
- English proficiency enabling fluent communication,
- High personal culture and focus on providing services at the highest level,
- Excellent self-organization and ability to work in a team,
- Ease in establishing contacts and openness towards guests and their needs,
- Ability to plan, think analytically, and work under time pressure,
- Independence, initiative, and commitment to assigned duties,
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail,
- Passion for hospitality and gastronomy.
