TASKS
- Planning and organizing the work of the animation team,
- Creating and maintaining procedures and standards,
- Planning and implementing the animation schedule, creative workshops, and creating artistic programs for children,
- Planning and seeking ideas to develop activities for children and adults,
- Recruiting animators for permanent and seasonal work and planning schedules,
- Planning and making purchases for animation needs based on the established budget,
- Actively participating in conducting activities,
- Providing childcare during animations,
- Building and maintaining good cooperation within the animation department and with other hotel departments.
EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in a similar position,
- Ability to manage a team,
- Completed animator course,
- Creativity, inventiveness, openness to new formats of animation activities for children,
- Empathy for children.
